Our vanilla beans are sourced from Madagascar. The company, Norohy, works directly with committed planters and is involved in the processing to ensure sustainable practices and high quality. These beans burst with floral and sweet aromas, with notes of cocoa. They are shiny and oily, making them easy to work with. We use them in some of our chocolates.
