There is no gluten in our macarons and chocolate products, but we do work in a kitchen that uses flour in other items, so we cannot guarantee no cross contamination. Ingredients are listed in product descriptions.

Our dark chocolate and vegan chocolate bars have no dairy in them. While our single chocolates are dipped in dark chocolate, their fillings contain dairy. All of our macarons and caramels contain dairy. Ingredients are listed in product descriptions

Most of our chocolate bars have no nuts in them, and many of our dipped chocolates and caramels also don't have nuts. Our macarons are made with almond flour. However, we do not work in a nut-free facility, so there is no guarantee of no cross contamination.

There is no soy in most of our products.

We source our chocolate from Valrhona, a French company renowned for high quality and consistency. Valrhona is B Corp Certified and committed to traceable cocoa beans, fair income for farmers and reducing emissions. They own and operate plantations in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic where their beans are grown. Read more on the Our Chocolate page

Keep your chocolate in a cool (16-18C), dry environment and away from heat and direct sunlight. They can last up to a month.

Keep your macarons in the fridge or freezer. They last a few days in the fridge and three months in the freezer.

There are many ways to get our products. You can purchase for in-store pick up at our Regina boutique, located at 2130-A Robinson St. Store hours are Wed-Fri 11am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We are closed Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and statutory holidays.

We also offer delivery to customers in Regina, White City, Emerald Park and Pilot Butte, and can ship to those farther away. We do not deliver or ship on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
