Inspired by Biscoff, this bar features a smooth, 35% milk chocolate shell filled with a spiced cookie butter ganache and a crispy cookie layer. We made our own spiced cookies from scratch and stoneground them into blonde chocolate to create this truly amazing bar. Crispy, creamy, delicious!
